Confirm Turkish Q or Turkish F

Turkish Q and Turkish F are different layouts. The built-in reference here is Turkish Q. Use System / other for a layout that is not represented instead of following incorrect physical-key advice.

Activate your Turkish layout on the device for the exercises below. If you use the main test's built-in practice option, follow the named reference and keep the device layout English. Do not enable both conversions at once.

Learn the two I families separately

Turkish distinguishes dotted i / İ from dotless ı / I. The first exercise intentionally includes all four. An English habit of treating capital I and lowercase i as the same case pair can produce the wrong output for Turkish.

Inspect the dots before moving on. In İstanbul the opening letter is İ; in ışık the first and third letters are dotless ı. Do not rely on automatic capitalization to choose the target for you.

Preserve the marks in everyday words

The second drill covers ş, ğ, ç, ö, and ü inside short words. The final sentence adds capitals and punctuation. These marks are part of the requested spelling, not optional decorations that the test should fill in.

If you repeatedly miss the same character, practise its word slowly, then return to the sentence. Keep Turkish results separate from English results: different key positions and letter frequencies can change your speed even on the same physical keyboard.
